When we saw these villas, we realised that this location was of the upmost importance. We saw in Benijofar, the perfect place for everything that we wanted, to be able to find the best of a typical Spanish town without sacrificing the benefits of living close to the sea. Benijofar was the only option on the Costa Blanca that could offer everything we wanted. . Several months have passed since our initial idea and now, we can share with you one of the most exciting and unique projects currently on offer on the Costa Blanca. Benijofar Villas is able to integrate the areas of relaxation and leisure with those area of rest, very difficult to find elsewhere. Benijofar has a huge offer as shops go with some of them being aimed for the expats that live in the vecinity, mainly British and Dutch. As you enter Benijofar from Ciudad Quesada, we have a large Mercadona with plenty of parking space. Mercadona is much like Sainsburys or Tescos in the UK and represents Spain’s biggest supermarket chain. As you drive into the town itself of Benijofar, you will find different shops, ranging from butchers, grocers, hardware shop, bakeries as well as the local pharmacy. Add to this, the 2 banks (Caja Rural and Banco Sabadell), make Benijofar a very complete town even though it has no more than 4000 inhabitants. The weekly market (Tuesday mornings) is a great place to buy fresh fruit and veg at a cheaper price than many greengrocers, so that is definitely a place to be once a week.
